In 2019, the RB Group set a new challenge and "Consolidated a Dream," creating the Resinas do Brasil Institute, aligned with the principles of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Recognizing the significant challenges, we seek to join forces to contribute to a more just, inclusive, and diverse world.

The Resinas do Brasil Institute is the social pillar of the RB Group, responsible for leading all of the company's Social Responsibility initiatives. We prioritize our work in rural areas, focusing on children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability.

We have defined our operations near our manufacturing facilities, pine plantations, and gum resin extraction operations belonging to the RB Group. This strategic selection aims not only to leverage local resources for our business but also to contribute to the development of communities directly or indirectly linked to our operations.

Gum resin, our main raw material, comes from sustainable pine plantations. In addition to being a vital source for our products, it stands out as an essential ally in the preservation of natural ecosystems, fauna, and flora. By choosing to use renewable sources, we contribute to reducing pressure on native forests and promoting environmental conservation. We reaffirm our commitment to the rational and sustainable use of natural resources, fully recognizing our environmental responsibility. Our business is developed in a vertically integrated manner and integrated with the concept of multiple use of planted forests, ensuring the continuity of ecosystems and the prosperity of local communities.
