Itabox makes its collections only via DDA tickets, or sends the tickets attached to the sales invoices.
We do not send tickets and notifications by mail or e-mail, deposit requests, or requests to change bank slips. If this occurs, make sure you are not being scammed. Be aware when you receive any kind of notification for cancellation or exchange of tickets.
