Terpene hydrocarbons derived from turpentine.

Applications: Terpenic hydrocarbons are primarily used in the perfume industry and are a raw material for the manufacture of terpene resins. They can also be used as solvents and degreasers.
Properties: A translucent, colorless liquid with a strong, pungent aroma.
