The Municipality of Mostardas implemented selective collection in the second half of 2019.
More than 150 tons of waste is generated monthly, which besides being an expensive cost from both an economic and environmental point of view, is a major social problem.
Selective collection is an essential public investment, but it alone cannot solve the problem of generated waste. We need the participation and involvement of the population.
In this sense, when the private initiative assumes this commitment in partnership with the public power, everyone wins. Handling waste in the right way is a responsibility for all of us.
We thank Grupo RB, our partner that participates in the selective collection, contributing to the environment and to the generation of income for the recyclable collectors of Mostardas.
